Russell C. Beaver - President and CEO

Founder and majority stockholder of the corporation, Mr. Beaver is an ironworker by trade. He has been active in the construction industry for over 50 years with experience in steel framing design, fabrication and installation. He also has a strong background as an accomplished general contractor on numerous projects over the years. Mr. Beaver provides direction to the company and it's employees on a daily basis. In 1994, at the request of Ford Motor Company, he entered into a mentor/protégé relationship with Roncelli, Inc. in an attempt to grow his business and expand his customer base, which included the automobile industry.

John Stapleton - Vice President

With over 17 years in the construction industry, Mr. Stapleton has wide ranging experience in the various facets of construction. As a former partner with a local restoration contractor, he was instrumental in the company's formation and growth. Mr. Stapleton has strong experience in project management, estimating, marketing, owner and subcontractor relations. He has extensive experience interfacing with all aspects of various construction projects he has managed over the years, many of a design/build nature. Mr. Stapleton has management experience, providing direction to field personnel on self-performed work along with facilitation of the companies day-to-day operations.
